SARATCHANDRA..................A WRITER?

You may have been surprised by this question,but I think the great Mr.Saratchandra  was more of a Reporter than a writer.

You may have read most of his works like Mahesh,Pallisamaj,Devdas.What do you find in those stories a mere description of a true incident of a village.

He is presenting it just by a giving a little masala on them--which is the work of a reporter.The incidents happening in Mahesh,Pallisamaj are just daily incidents in villages.

So combining the above points I prefer to call Saratchandra a great 19th century reporter who published his reportins in his own books.

I would like to inform you that it is absolutely my personal opinion,and I want to know hat you think about it.
